Overview
Specifica is a project management and construction consultancy, run by Adrian Lines. The appraisal and planning side comes from a construction consultancy and project-management background built on a military career. The build side comes from qualified trade experience and from working alongside vetted trades on site. That is why the numbers hold up: whoever prices the work has done the work.
Adrian is the author of Your House, Your Project, a 19-chapter book on buying, renovating and extending a home in England and Wales. It contains no course, no sourcing service and nothing to sell, which is deliberate.

What we are, and what we aren't
Specifica is a project management and construction consultancy. We appraise schemes, write specifications, and manage refurbishment and reconfiguration projects on properties our clients already own or are buying.
We are not an estate agent or a property sourcing agent. We don't find or package deals for a fee, we don't act for sellers, and we never hold client money, so the redress-scheme and anti-money-laundering regimes that govern property agency work don't apply to what we do. If that changes, we'll register first and say so here.
